Public Information Design
This section highlights my work at the Brazilian Embassy in Helsinki, where I created engaging and informative visuals for public health campaigns and cultural initiatives.
Although this work was done early in my design journey, it helped shape my foundation in visual communication, storytelling, and understanding user needs — skills that remain central to my work today.
Designing for the Embassy taught me how to translate important information into accessible visuals; a lesson I continue to apply when building clear, user-friendly digital products today.

Public health campaigns
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was responsible for creating a series of informative visuals to communicate essential guidelines and rules to residents about the exit and entry protocols to and from the country. These designs were developed to provide clear, accessible information on travel restrictions, health and safety measures, and government guidelines.
The campaign aimed to ensure that residents were informed and compliant with the latest regulations, helping to mitigate confusion during an uncertain time. The visuals were shared across social media channels and public health platforms, ensuring they reached a wide audience effectively.
Cultural events and campaigns
In addition to public health campaigns, I also designed materials to promote various cultural events organized by the Brazilian Embassy in Helsinki. These included posters, social media visuals, and flyers for events such as festivals, parties, and Portuguese language classes.
My goal was to create engaging, visually appealing designs that effectively communicated the essence of each event and encouraged participation. By using vibrant colors and clear messaging, I helped ensure that the embassy's activities were well-publicized and accessible to both Brazilian residents and the broader Finnish community.
Special Dates and Cultural Celebrations
I created designs to celebrate various special dates and cultural milestones, including important Brazilian holidays, national celebrations, and the birthdays of notable figures. One of the highlights was a comic series about Saudade, capturing the essence of this deeply emotional Brazilian concept.
The goal was to create designs that resonated with both the Brazilian community in Finland and a broader international audience. By combining creative illustrations with meaningful cultural themes, I helped communicate the importance of these events while fostering a sense of community and shared identity.
